- To provide the service (process your documents, run matching)

We do NOT sell your data or use it for advertising.
Document Processing
When you upload documents:
- They are encrypted and sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for data extraction
- Anthropic does not use your data for training AI models
- We delete original documents after processing
- Only extracted data (dates, amounts, vendors) is kept in your account
Note: Anthropic may retain data for up to 30 days for safety and audit purposes, after which it is automatically deleted.

Data Retention
- Uploaded documents: Deleted immediately after processing
- Extracted data: Kept until you delete it or close your account
- Account data: Kept while your account is active
